The oldest member of the band, Georg began playing the bass when he was thirteen years old. That was right around the time when he and friend Gustav Schaefer first met Bill and Tom Kaulitz.

Known for his quiet good looks, t-shirt and jeans style of dress and trademark long hair, Georg is a silent heartthrob of the band. Much to the dismay of his many fans, the photographers and interviewers seem to often overlook Georg.
